Eligibility Criteria for MBBS Admission at Ibrahim Medical College – 2025
Ibrahim Medical College (IMC), affiliated with the University of Dhaka, offers a full MBBS program for international students, including Indian nationals. To secure admission, applicants must satisfy the following eligibility requirements:
Educational Qualifications:

Secondary Education (SSC or Equivalent): Completion of 10th-grade education with a minimum GPA of 3.5.

Higher Secondary Education (HSC or Equivalent): Completion of 12th-grade education with a minimum GPA of 3.5.

Combined GPA: The cumulative GPA for SSC and HSC must be at least 7.0.

Subject Requirements: Candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology during higher secondary education.

Biology GPA: A minimum GPA of 3.5 in Biology is required.
NEET Requirement:

Indian students must have qualified in the NEET examination for the respective academic year, following the guidelines of the National Medical Commission (NMC, formerly MCI).
Age Requirement:

Applicants should be at least 17 years old on or before December 31, 2025.
Academic Year of Completion:

SSC (10th Grade): Should not have been completed before 2022.

Medium of Instruction:

The MBBS program at IMC is taught entirely in English. Applicants should have adequate proficiency in English to follow lectures, study materials, and practical sessions effectively.
