2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the full-time MBA/MBA-Technology program, you must meet the following requirements:
For General / OBC / EWS Categories

Qualifying Degree: A Bachelor's Degree (minimum three years) or equivalent

Minimum Marks/CGPA: 60% marks in aggregate or 6.00 CGPA on a 10-point scale

Entrance Exam: A valid score in the Common Admission Test (CAT)
For SC / ST / PwD Categories

Qualifying Degree: A Bachelor's Degree (minimum three years) or equivalent

Minimum Marks/CGPA: 55% marks in aggregate or 5.50 CGPA on a 10-point scale

Entrance Exam: A valid score in the Common Admission Test (CAT)
3. Two-Stage Selection Process
The admission process is divided into two main, competitive stages:
Stage 1: Initial Shortlisting
Candidates are first shortlisted for the Personal Interview (PI) based on a Composite Score that evaluates several factors:

CAT Overall Scaled Score: This carries the highest weight. The expected minimum CAT cutoff for the General category is typically around the 85 percentile overall.

Work Experience: Full-time professional work experience is given weightage, with 1-5 years often being the preferred range.

Academic Profile: Performance in graduation and higher secondary schooling may be considered.

Gender Diversity: Weightage is given to female candidates to ensure a diverse cohort.
Stage 2: Final Selection
Shortlisted candidates are invited for a Personal Interview (PI), which is usually conducted virtually. Some IITs may also require a video clip answering specific questions as part of the application.
The Final Merit List for admission is prepared based on a comprehensive evaluation of:

Performance in the Personal Interview (PI): High weightage is given to assess your communication, leadership potential, and analytical skills.

Composite Score: The score calculated in Stage 1 is included in the final merit calculation.
Application Fee

Candidates belonging to Unreserved (General), OBC-NCL, or EWS categories must pay an application fee of ₹1,200.

Candidates from SC, ST, or PwD categories are required to pay ₹600.
