Overview: Indian Institute of Information Technology, Lucknow (IIIT Lucknow) is one of the 20 IIITs established by the Government of India under the Public–Private Partnership (PPP) model. The institute began its B.Tech program in Information Technology in the 2015–16 academic session with an initial intake of 50 students. Admissions are conducted through JEE (Main) central counselling. Supported by the Government of India, Government of Uttar Pradesh, and industry partners, IIIT Lucknow aims to emerge as a world-class center of excellence in Information Technology, contributing to India's technological growth through quality education, research, and innovation. Ranked #33 in India for B.Tech and #5 in Uttar Pradesh, the institute recorded a highest package of ₹1.45 Cr and an average package of ₹33.71 LPA.
