IMI Bhubaneswar: PGDM Fee Structure
The PGDM program fees cover tuition, learning materials, IT infrastructure, and related academic resources. The total fee is divided into Academic Fees and Residential/Hostel Fees.

Pre-Admission Scholarships
Only one of the below-mentioned scholarships can be availed. The 50% scholarship availed will be disbursed at the end of the first year and the other 50% at the end of the second year. A candidate can avail of either a full tuition fee waiver or pre-admission. The Scholarship Committee holds the final decision. The scholarship details are as follows:
- Merit Scholarship: Candidates securing at least 80 % in CAT/XAT/CMAT and GMAT, can avail of up to a scholarship amount that equals INR 1,00,000. This is applicable to applicants having a first-class career.
- Merit Scholarship for Women Candidates: If a female applicant fulfills the above-mentioned criteria, a 20% additional scholarship is granted to her.
- Defence Personnel: A scholarship amount of INR 50,000 and INR 1,00,000 is given to wards of defence personnel and wards of Martyrs respectively.
- Post-Admission Scholarships
Post-Admission Scholarships are awarded to deserving students who have brilliant academic records. IMI Bhubaneshwar has launched Summer Internships under this scholarship scheme to encourage individuals to work to their full potential.
