B. Application and Selection Process

The admission procedure consists of three key stages:

Step 1: Online Application

• Candidates must register through the official Jamia Hamdard admission portal for their chosen MBA program (e.g., General MBA, MBA in Pharmaceutical Management, MBA in Hospital Administration).

• The application form should be completed with accurate personal, academic, and entrance exam details.

• Required documents such as mark sheets, certificates, and entrance exam scorecards must be uploaded.

• Payment of the application fee online is mandatory for successful submission.

Step 2: Selection Rounds (GD/PI)

• After applications close, candidates are shortlisted based on entrance exam scores and academic records.

• Group Discussion (GD): Shortlisted applicants participate in a group discussion.

• Personal Interview (PI): Candidates who perform well in the GD are invited for a personal interview.

• Exemption Clause: Applicants with at least two years of continuous work experience after graduation, or those holding a four-year undergraduate degree (such as B.E., B.Tech., or MBBS), may be exempted from the entrance exam requirement. Their selection is based on profile evaluation, GD, and PI performance.

• The final merit list is prepared considering both entrance exam scores and GD/PI performance.

• Selected candidates are informed via the admission portal and email.

• Admission is confirmed only after payment of the course fee within the specified deadline.
