Eligibility Criteria:

M.Tech: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (Civil/Mechanical/EEE/Chemical) or M.Sc. in Physics/Maths with minimum 60% aggregate.

Qualifying Exams:

M.Tech: Admission is based on GATE scores or the TERI SAS Entrance Test followed by an interview.

Scholarships:

Merit-cum-Means (MCM): Available for students with family income < ₹1,00,000/year (approx. ₹800/month).

UGC Non-NET Fellowship: ₹5,000/month for M.Tech/Ph.D. students who do not have JRF.

Junior Research Fellowship (JRF): Awarded to NET-qualified doctoral candidates (approx. ₹31,000/month HRA).
