Admission
Admission Process:
Step 1-Check eligibility criteria
- Ensure you have passed 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects plus one additional subject, securing at least 45% aggregate (40% for reserved categories).
Step 2-Apply online or offline
- Fill out the application form on the JMSIT official website or obtain it from the campus; submit academic details and required documents.
Step 3-Appear for entrance exam or merit review
- Selection is based on JEE Main/UPCET scores or merit in qualifying exams depending on seat category.
Step 4-Attend counselling and seat allotment
- Participate in centralized or institute-level counselling sessions where seats are allotted based on rank and preferences.
Step 5-Verify documents and pay fees
- Submit original certificates, mark sheets, admit cards, and identity proof for verification, then pay the admission/registration fee.
Step 6-Confirm admission
- Receive the admission offer after successful verification and fee payment, and join the B.Tech program.
