Eligibility

• Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) from a recognized university.

• Minimum 50% aggregate marks in both Class 10 and Class 12.

• CGPA will be converted into percentage as per university/board norms; if not specified, it will be calculated using the standard formula.

• Percentage is calculated considering all subjects, including optional subjects.

• Must have a valid score in any national MBA entrance exam such as CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, GMAT, KIITEE Management / KIITEE, etc.

• Final-year graduation students can apply, provided they complete their degree by June and submit documents by September.

• Foreign/NRI candidates must meet the same eligibility and apply with a valid GMAT  score and an application fee of USD 50.

KIIT Admission Process Step-by-Step Admission Process

Step 1: Online Registration

• Visit the official portal:Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT)

• Click on “Apply Now” and fill in basic details (name, email, phone)

• Generate login credentials

Step 2: Fill Application Form

• Log in and complete the form with academic and personal details

• Upload documents: photo, signature, category certificate (if applicable)

• Note: KIITEE application is free of cost

Step 3: Slot Booking

• Choose preferred exam date and time during the slot booking window

• Available only to registered candidates

Step 4: Download Admit Card

• After slot booking, download the admit card from the portal

Step 5: Appear for KIITEE Exam

• Mode: Online Computer-Based Test (CBT)

• Duration: 3 hours

• Format: Objective-type questions in English

Step 6: Result Declaration

• Results are published online a few days after the exam

• Includes scorecard and rank

Step 7: Counseling & Seat Allotment

• Based on KIITEE rank and preferences

• Document verification and final admission confirmation.
