1. Eligibility Criteria

Academic Qualifications: For B.E. programs, candidates must have passed the 10 2 (Science Stream) examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science. A minimum aggregate of 45% is required for open category students.

Qualifying Examination: Admission is strictly based on the performance in the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) or Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main).

Cut-off Marks: Cut-offs are determined annually by the ACPC based on the difficulty of entrance exams and the number of applicants.

Relaxation: A relaxation of 5% in the qualifying marks (minimum 40%) is provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/SEBC) as per state government norms.
2. Admission Process

Application Process: The process is primarily conducted Online through the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), Gujarat. Candidates must register on the ACPC portal, upload necessary documents, and fill in their choices for colleges and branches.

Application Fees: A nominal registration fee is charged by ACPC during the online application window.

Shortlisting & Selection: Candidates are shortlisted based on their merit rank, which is calculated using a combination of board marks and entrance test scores.

Final Merit List: The final seat allotment is done through centralized counseling rounds. After allotment, students must report to the college with the allotment letter to confirm their admission.
