LNCT University (LNCTU), established in 2015, stands as a prominent private multidisciplinary university in Central India. It is part of the prestigious Lakshmi Narain College of Technology (LNCT) Group, which has a legacy of excellence in technical education spanning nearly three decades. The university was established under the Madhya Pradesh Niji Vishwavidyalaya (Sthapana Avam Sanchalan) Adhiniyam and is duly recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 2(f). LNCTU is approved by various statutory bodies, including the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) for its engineering programs, the Medical Council of India (MCI), and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). The university has consistently focused on bridging the gap between academic theory and industrial practice, making it a hub for innovation and professional development. The university operates from a sprawling, state-of-the-art campus covering approximately 50 acres of lush green landscape. A key highlight of LNCTU is its exhaustive infrastructure dedicated to practical learning. The campus hosts specialized laboratories across various departments, including the Advanced Computing Lab, VLSI Design Lab, Antenna and Microwave Lab, Concrete Technology Lab, Soil Mechanics Lab, Environmental Engineering Lab, Thermal Engineering and IC Engine Lab, Fluid Mechanics Lab, and Power Systems Lab. Furthermore, the university is home to the LNCTU Medical College and Hospital, which provides extensive clinical laboratory facilities for health sciences. The history of LNCT University is rooted in the vision of its founder, Shri J.N. Chansoriya, who aimed to establish a world-class educational ecosystem in Bhopal. The journey began with the establishment of LNCT as the first private engineering college in Madhya Pradesh in 1994, which eventually grew into the LNCT Group and achieved university status in 2015.
