1. BDS Admission Process 2025
A. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have completed Class 12 or an equivalent qualification with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as separate subjects.

A minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology is required for candidates in the General category.

For candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC, the minimum required aggregate is typically 40%.

B. Selection Procedure

NEET-UG Examination: Candidates must appear for and qualify in the NEET-UG conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Application to MCODS (Optional but Recommended): Candidates may be required to apply separately through the official website of Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE).

Counselling and Seat Allotment: Admission to BDS, including NRI and Management Quota seats, is facilitated through online counselling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), New Delhi. Candidates must register for counselling and indicate MCODS Manipal as one of their preferred choices.

2. NEET Cut-Off Trends (Previous Years)
