Eligibility Criteria

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% aggregate marks

• Entrance Exam: Valid CAT  score (only CAT is accepted)

• Final Year Students: Eligible to apply provisionally

Application Process

• Mode: Online via

  • CAT scorecard

  • Academic transcripts

  • Work experience certificate (if applicable)

  • Passport-size photograph

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting based on CAT score

2. Theme Development & Presentation (TDP) – a unique evaluation round

3. Personal Interview (PI) – assesses communication, motivation, and managerial aptitude

4. Final Merit List – based on:

   • CAT score (weightage: 60%)

   • PI TDP (weightage: 30%)

   • Academic performance, work experience, and diversity (weightage: 10%).
