Ranking and Placement Rate: RDEC is recognized as a top emerging college in Western UP and holds several "Excellence in Industry-Academia Integration" awards. The institute maintains a placement rate of 80% to 85%, including a significant recent achievement where 231 students were placed in the NCRTC (RRTS) project. RDEC is also unique for its SSB training center for the Armed Forces, run by retired senior Air Force officers.
