1. Eligibility Criteria

Academic Qualifications:

B.Tech: Minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in 10 2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject.

Qualifying Examination: Admission is primarily through the UPTAC Counseling (based on JEE Main) rank. Management quota seats are filled based on academic merit in 10 2 or CUET scores.

Cut-off Marks: For popular branches like Computer Science (CSE), the state counseling closing ranks generally fall within the mid-range of AKTU-affiliated private colleges.

Relaxation: A 5% relaxation in minimum academic marks is granted to candidates belonging to the SC and ST categories.
2. Admission Process

Application Mode: Students can apply through the Online admission portal on the official website (sagar.ac.in) or Offline by visiting the campus admission office.

Application Fees: Approximately ₹1,000.

Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted based on their JEE Main CRL Rank for counseling seats and through an internal merit list for management seats.

Final Selection: Finalized through seat allotment during AKTU counseling or direct document verification and fee payment for direct seats.
