School of Management Sciences, Lucknow was established in 2008-2009 as a private self-financed institute. Approved by AICTE and affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. NAAC A accredited, the institute offers programs in engineering, management and computer applications with modern infrastructure and focus on holistic development.
