Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech
To be eligible for admission to the academic session, candidates must satisfy the following academic requirements:

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 12th (Intermediate) examination from a recognized board (CBSE, ICSE, UP Board, etc.).

Core Subjects: Passed with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one optional subject from: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or Biology.

Minimum Marks:

General/OBC Category: A minimum aggregate of 45% marks in the required subjects.

SC/ST Category: A minimum aggregate of 40% marks in the required subjects.

Entrance Exam: Admission is primarily based on the JEE Main rank.
Admission Process
Admission is facilitated through the centralized UPTAC (Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counseling) process.

Entrance Exam: Candidates must appear for the JEE Main examination.

UPTAC Counseling Registration: After JEE Main results, candidates must register on the UPTAC official portal.

Choice Filling: During the counseling process, candidates must select Shri Girraj Maharaj College of Engineering and Management, Mathura as their preferred choice.

Seat Allotment: Based on merit rank, category, and availability, the UPTAC system will allot seats to candidates.

Direct Admission (Management Quota): Like other private colleges under AKTU, the college has a provision for Management Quota seats (usually 15%). Candidates can contact the college admission cell directly for information on merit-based direct admission.
