Srinivas University Institute of Engineering & Technology (SUIET)

Srinivas University Institute of Engineering & Technology (SUIET) is a flagship institution of the Srinivas Group of Institutions, established by the A. Shama Rao Foundation. While the group’s educational legacy dates back to 1988, the Engineering Institute at Mukka was formally integrated into the newly established Srinivas University (a private research university) following the Srinivas University Act of 2013. SUIET was envisioned as a center of excellence that combines traditional engineering values with futuristic research in fields like Artificial Intelligence and Nanotechnology. Over the years, it has evolved into a key technical hub in the Surathkal-Mukka industrial belt, benefiting from its proximity to major industries and the coastline of Mangaluru.
