Overview: St. Xavier's University, Kolkata, is a private, Jesuit university established on February 8, 2017, under the St. Xavier's University, Kolkata Act 2016. It is a Christian Minority Higher Educational Institution that carries forward the 160-year-old Jesuit legacy of St. Xavier's College, Park Street.
