Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for admission to the BDS program at Swami Devi Dyal Hospital and Dental College, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Academic Qualification: Completion of 10 2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects.

Minimum Marks: A minimum of 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology is required for general category candidates. For SC/ST/OBC candidates, the minimum is 40%, while General-PH candidates must secure at least 45%.

Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 17 years old as of December 31 in the year of admission.

Entrance Exam: Candidates must appear for and qualify the NEET-UG examination, securing the minimum required percentile as prescribed by regulatory authorities.
Admission & Counseling Process
Admissions are conducted under the supervision of the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana. The process involves several key steps:

NEET-UG Qualification: Candidates must first take and qualify the NEET-UG exam.

Online Registration: Eligible candidates must register for Haryana NEET counseling via the official DMER website, complete the application form, and pay the requisite registration fee.

Document Verification: Applicants must undergo document verification—either online or in person. Essential documents include:

Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates

Choice Filling & Locking: After verification, candidates can select and lock their preferred colleges and courses.

Seat Allotment: Based on NEET-UG rank, category, and choices submitted, provisional seat allotments are made.

Reporting to College: Candidates allotted a seat must report to Swami Devi Dyal Hospital and Dental College within the stipulated time, carrying original documents for final verification and completing fee payment to confirm admission.
