Arrival in Georgia – Students should arrive with a valid student visa issued by the Georgian Embassy/Consulate in their home country.

Immigration Entry Card – Upon arrival at the airport, students will receive an immigration entry card that must be filled out accurately and kept safe.

Submission of Documents – Within 7 working days of arrival, students must submit their passport, visa, entry card, and admission-related documents to the university’s international office or administrative department.

Visa Registration – The university assists students in registering their visa/residence permit with the Public Service Hall and the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Extension of Visa/Residence Permit – Student visas or residence permits are usually valid for a limited period; the university helps in applying for extensions annually until the completion of the MBBS course.
