Tripura Institute of Technology (TIT), Narsingarh

Overview: Tripura Institute of Technology (TIT) is a premier government engineering institute located at Narsingarh, near Agartala, Tripura. The institute was originally established in 1958 as Polytechnic Institute, Narsingarh, and was later upgraded to Tripura Institute of Technology to offer degree-level engineering education. It is one of the oldest and most reputed technical institutions in Tripura. TIT is approved by AICTE and is affiliated with Tripura University (A Central University). As a state government institute, it plays a key role in providing affordable and quality technical education to students of Tripura and the North-Eastern region, with fees significantly lower than private colleges.
