Eligibility Criteria for BDS Admission
1. Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed 10 2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects.

A minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology is required for candidates in the General category.

For candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories, a minimum of 40% aggregate marks in the same subjects may be accepted, as per government norms.
2. Age Requirement

Applicants must be at least 17 years old on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
3. Entrance Examination
-
It is mandatory to appear for the NEET-UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Undergraduate) and obtain a qualifying score as prescribed by the regulatory authorities.
Admission Process
1. Appear for NEET-UG
-
Candidates must first register for and successfully qualify the NEET-UG examination. Admission is based on the NEET score and rank.
2. Participate in Counselling
-
After the NEET results are declared, candidates need to register for state-level counselling conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education, Chhattisgarh.

A portion of seats may also be available under the All India Quota or Management Quota, depending on the prevailing guidelines.
3. Choice Filling

During counselling, candidates can fill in their preferred colleges. Those interested in Triveni Institute should prioritize it in their choices to increase the chances of allotment.
4. Seat Allotment

Seats are allotted based on NEET rank, eligibility, category, and availability. Once allotted, candidates must report to the college within the given timeframe.
5. Document Verification and Fee Payment

Candidates are required to present original documents for verification, including:

NEET scorecard

Transfer and conduct certificates

Identity proof
