Steps in the UPES Dehradun Admission Process 

Step 1: Online Application
Candidates must fill out the application form available on the official UPES website and pay the application fee of ₹1,350 within the deadline.

Step 2: Screening & Shortlisting
Applications are reviewed to verify eligibility and selection parameters. Shortlisting is based on academic records and/or entrance test performance. UPES accepts its own entrance exams (UPESEAT, UPESMET UG, UPESPAT, etc.) and national-level tests like JEE Main, CAT, NEET, CUET, and SAT India.

Step 3: Review of Experience & Statement of Purpose
Shortlisted applicants may be asked to discuss relevant professional experience and submit a Statement of Purpose explaining their career goals and program alignment.

Step 4: Personal Interview
Selected candidates appear for an interview to assess their motivation, aspirations, and fit for the course.

Step 5: Final Admission Confirmation
Successful candidates receive an admission offer via email or other official communication. To confirm their seat, they must complete the necessary paperwork and fee payment for the chosen program within the given timeline.
