Academic Qualification: Must have passed 12th (HSC) or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).

Nativity: Candidates from Tamil Nadu are eligible for the Government Quota. Other state candidates may apply, but eligibility is subject to specific Anna University norms.
Admission Process
A) Government Quota (TNEA)
The primary route is through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA).

Counseling Code: 5915

No Entrance Exam: Admission is based solely on your 12th-grade PCM marks (normalized to a 200-mark scale).

Process: 1. Register: Apply on the TNEA portal (expected May 2026). 2. Rank List: A merit list is published based on your PCM cutoff. 3. Counseling: Select Vickram College (Code: 5915) during the online choice-filling rounds.
B) Management Quota

Direct Admission: Candidates can apply directly to the college for seats under the management quota.

Process: While you do not need to participate in TNEA counseling for these seats, you must still meet the minimum eligibility criteria set by the state government and Anna University.

Fees: Fees for the management quota are typically higher than the government quota, as per the Fee Fixation Committee of Tamil Nadu.
