Overview: Vidya Academy of Science & Technology (VAST) is a private engineering college located at Thalakkottukara Post, Kaiparambu, Thrissur, Kerala. It was established in 2003 and is run by the Vidya International Charitable Trust. VAST is approved by AICTE and affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU). The institution is NAAC accredited with an "A" grade and has grown into a well-recognized engineering institution in Kerala. The campus includes modern academic blocks, spacious classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, seminar halls, a central library, sports facilities, separate hostels, and student support centres. The college recorded 400 placement offers for the 2025 graduating batch with a highest package of ₹12.0 LPA – ₹14.0 LPA.
