1. Admission Categories (Seat Allotment)

For B.Tech programs, seats are generally divided as follows:

• Government Quota (50%): Allotted through the common counseling process by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, based on KEAM ranks.

• Management Quota (35%): Filled by the college management based on merit (combined score of entrance exam and qualifying marks). This includes an Open Quota and a Christian Quota.

• NRI Quota (15%): Reserved for children/dependents of NRIs. These seats do not require a KEAM rank but require valid documents and qualifying marks in Plus Two.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech: * Candidates must have passed 10 2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/Computer Science/Biology as optional.

• A minimum of 45% aggregate marks in these subjects is required.

• Must qualify for the KEAM (Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical) entrance exam.

3. How to Apply

1. Online Application: Prospective students can apply through the VJCET Admission Portal.

2. Registration: First-time users must create an account, fill in personal and academic details, and upload necessary documents (10th/12th marks, entrance scorecards, etc.).

3. Application Fee: For certain courses, a formal application fee (approx. ₹500) applies.

4. Scholarship :- VJCET offers various merit-based scholarships and fee waivers for students with high scores in entrance exams (KEAM) or qualifying school exams.
