Overview: AIACTR is functioning from its Campus located at Geeta Colony, East Delhi. The Institute has an area of 8.5 acres at Geeta colony in which a State-of-Art Campus with ultra-modern facilities and lush green ambiance all around is built. Established in 2001 as Ambedkar Institute of Technology under the Government of NCT of Delhi, it was upgraded and integrated into NSUT as East Campus in recent years (post-2020 restructuring). It is a government institute fully funded by Delhi Govt, AICTE-approved, and part of NSUT which is NAAC A accredited overall. The institute specializes in communication technologies and IT-related engineering, with a strong emphasis on computer science and electronics. The campus features centralized air-conditioning, RO water system, lush green playground, rain harvesting system, nursery, well-equipped labs, workshops, library, computer centers, hostels, cafeteria, auditorium, and sports amenities.
