Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University offers two admission intakes each year:
- Main intake: September
- Secondary intake: March
Admissions are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so it's best to apply early to secure your seat.
How to Apply
- Fill Out the Application Form: Start by submitting the online application on BSU’s official website.
- Upload Your Documents: Send scanned copies of your passport, academic mark sheets (10th & 12th), and NEET scorecard.
- Verification: The university will check your documents to confirm your eligibility.
- Admission Letter: If everything is in order, you’ll receive an official offer letter.
- Pay Tuition Fees: Make the payment for the first year to reserve your seat.
- Get Your Invitation Letter: The university will issue an invitation letter, which you’ll need for your D3 student visa application through the Georgian Embassy or VFS Global.
- Travel & Enrollment: Once your visa is approved, you can travel to Georgia and complete your enrollment at the university.

- Medical Certificate (including HIV/AIDS test)
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Financial Support (e.g., bank statement)
- Apostilled documents from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), India
