BIM Trichy Admission Process 

Admission to Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM) Trichy will be based on entrance exam performance. The institute offers a two-year, full-time residential MBA programme with specialisations in Marketing, Finance, Operations, Human Resource Management, and Digital Business & Analytics. Candidates must hold a valid score in CAT, XAT, or GMAT to apply. The final selection is determined through Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds conducted on campus. In addition to its MBA, BIM Trichy also conducts Management Development Programmes periodically.

BIM Trichy : Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Founded in 1984, BIM Trichy is a reputed public business school located in Tiruchirappalli. For admission to its MBA programme, applicants must have:

1. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in any discipline from a recognized university.

2. A minimum of 50% aggregate marks is required in the qualifying degree.

3. Final-year students can also apply, provided they complete their degree with at least 50% marks.

4. Selection is based on a valid CAT / GMAT / XAT score.

5. Shortlisted candidates are required to appear for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI)

The final merit list is prepared considering entrance exam scores, GD & PI performance, and academic record. Selected candidates receive an admission offer with the reporting date and programme commencement details.
