1. MBA Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the full-time, two-year MBA program at CUSAT, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

• Academic Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

• Minimum Marks: At least 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) in the undergraduate degree.

  1. For candidates belonging to the Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) of Kerala State (non-creamy layer), the minimum requirement is 45%.

  2. For candidates from KSC/KST categories of Kerala State, the minimum requirement is a pass in the qualifying examination.

• Entrance Exam: A valid score in one of the following management entrance tests:

  1. CAT (conducted by IIMs)

  2. CMAT (conducted by AICTE)

  3. KMAT Kerala (Kerala Management Aptitude Test)

The final selection for the MBA program at the School of Management Studies (SMS), CUSAT, is based on a weighted evaluation combining entrance exam scores and performance in subsequent rounds.

1. Entrance Exam: Candidates must hold a valid score in CAT, CMAT, or KMAT Kerala.

2. CUSAT Application: Apply online through the official CUSAT admission portal, providing the entrance exam details.
