Admission Process
The admission process is entirely centralized; IIIT-A does not conduct its own entrance test or individual counseling for B.Tech.

JEE Main 2026: You must appear for Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech).

JoSAA Counseling: Most seats are filled through the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). This typically involves 5–6 rounds of online choice filling and seat allotment.

CSAB Special Rounds: If any seats remain vacant after JoSAA, they are filled via the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB). These rounds often have slightly more relaxed cutoff movements.

DASA Scheme: International students, NRIs, and PIOs can apply through the Direct Admission of Students Abroad (DASA) portal based on JEE Main scores.
