PGDM Programs at IMT Nagpur

IMT Nagpur provides three key PGDM programs designed to deliver comprehensive management education:

  1. Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM – Flagship Program)

    • Core program with a Dual Specialization track.

    • Students can select a Major and a Minor specialization in their second year.

    • Specialization options include:

      1. Finance

      2. Marketing

      3. Human Resource & Organizational Behavior (HR & OB)

      4. Operations Management

      5. Business Analytics & Information Technology (BA & IT)

  2. PGDM – Marketing

    • Specialized program with a mandatory major in Marketing.

    • Designed for students aiming to build expertise in marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and brand management.

  3. PGDM – Financial Management

    • Specialized program with a mandatory major in Finance.

    • Focuses on financial analysis, investment management, and corporate finance.

 

Fee Structure:

PGDM Fee Structure – IMT Nagpur 

Fee Component Amount (INR) Payment Type Description
Academic Fee (Tuition) ₹14,27,000 Installments Covers tuition, examinations, study material, library access, and other academic resources.
Admission Fee ₹50,000 One-Time Non-refundable charge payable upon acceptance and confirmation of admission.
Alumni Membership Fee ₹8,000 One-Time Lifetime membership fee for the IMT Alumni Association.
Caution Deposit ₹15,000 Refundable Security deposit collected at admission, refundable after course completion subject to clearance of dues/damages.

IMT Nagpur Scholarships

  • CAT/XAT Fee Waiver: 65% fee waiver for candidates scoring 90 percentile and above in CAT 2019 or XAT 2020 and offered admission to IMT Nagpur for PGDM Programs (batch 2020-22).

  • EWS Scholarship: Five scholarships with 95% fee waiver for candidates from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).

  • Institutional Scholarship: Offered after completing the 1st year of the PGDM Program. Includes:

    • Institute Day Merit Scholarship

    • Late Shri Mahendra Nath Scholarship

  • Merit-based Scholarships: Recognize academic excellence among students.

    • Awarded based on students’ academic performance without additional application.

    • Categories include Overall Toppers and Stream Specialization Toppers.

    • Amount varies each year.

  • Merit-cum-Means Scholarships: Awarded to meritorious students considering both merit and financial need.

  • Total Scholarship Funding: Institutional scholarships like Merit Scholarship and Late Mahendra Nath Merit-cum-Means Scholarship amount to approximately INR 10-12 Lakhs annually.

  • Scholarship Award Event: Annual event to recognize exceptional students for academic excellence.
