Admission Process at Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences (KUSMS)

The admission to KUSMS is conducted through a systematic procedure as follows:

1. Complete and submit the application form online.

2. Upload and provide all necessary documents.

3. Wait for the counseling session and selection outcome.

4. Receive the official admission letter from the university.

5. Pay the required tuition and other fees.

6. Apply for a student visa (for international applicants).

7. Participate in the orientation program and commence academic sessions.
   
   

Eligibility Requirements

• Age: Candidates must be at least 17 years old by December 31 of the admission year.

• Academic Qualification: Must have completed 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB), and English, securing at least 50% marks for general category and 45% for SC/ST/OBC categories.

• Entrance Exam: Indian applicants are required to qualify NEET.

• Valid passport with a minimum validity of 18 months

• Mark sheets of 10th and 12th grade

• Birth certificate

• 10 recent passport-sized photographs

• Invitation letter issued by KUSMS

• Visa application and related documents

• HIV test report

• Bank receipt confirming payment of the first-year fees
