Admission
Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline) from a recognized university and A minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in the Bachelor's Degree.

They must also have appeared in at least one of the following exams:

CAT (Common Admission Test)
-
XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test)
-
GMAT
-
MICAT – MICA’s Own Admission Test
All applicants must take MICAT, which is conducted twice a year:

MICAT I: First Saturday of December

MICAT II: Last Saturday of January Candidates can appear for both; the better score is considered.

The MICAT exam assesses a candidate's aptitude in areas like Psychometrics (qualifying), Descriptive Writing, Divergent & Convergent Thinking, Verbal Ability, Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation, and General Awareness.
- The application form fee for MICA's PGDM programs (PGDM-C and PGDM) is paid along with the registration for the MICAT exam is Rs. 2500
Selection Process:
Admission is based on a three-stage process:

CAT/XAT/GMAT scores
-
MICAT performance
-
Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interview (PI)
To qualify:

Candidates must clear the Psychometric Test (Section A).

Then, their CAT/XAT/GMAT scores are considered.

Those meeting the cutoff move to evaluation of Section C and then Section B of MICAT.

Shortlisted candidates are invited for GE & PI.
