Eligibility Criteria

Academic Qualifications:

B.Tech: Minimum 60% aggregate marks in 10 2 (Intermediate) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).

M.Tech: Minimum 55% marks in B.E./B.Tech in the relevant discipline.

Qualifying Examinations:

B.Tech: Primarily based on the Banasthali University Aptitude Test (BUAT) 2026. National scores like JEE Main are often considered for merit calculation, though the university test is the standard route.

B.Arch: Requires a valid NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 score.

M.Tech: Based on the GATE score or the university's aptitude test.

Cut-off Marks:

Selection is made on a combined merit of 50% weightage from the Aptitude Test and 50% weightage from the normalized aggregate of the 12th-grade marks.

Relaxation Criteria:

SC/ST Candidates: The minimum eligibility for B.Tech is relaxed to 40% aggregate in 10 2.

Internal Students: Students passing the qualifying exam from Banasthali Vidyapith itself require a minimum of 50% aggregate.
