Detailed Course-wise Fee Structure 

Annual Fee Breakdown (B.Tech Example):

• Tuition Fee: ₹1,75,000 per year

• Development Fee: ₹32,000 (One-time in 1st year)

• Admission Fee: ₹10,000 (One-time)

• Caution Money: ₹20,000 (Refundable one-time deposit)

• Hostel & Mess: Approximately ₹60,000 per year (Total 4-year B.Tech: ₹2,40,000).

Availability of Scholarships

The university provides extensive internal financial aid along with facilitating external government schemes.

• Institutional Merit Scholarships:

• BUAT Merit: Awarded to students standing 1st or 2nd in the Banasthali Aptitude Test (₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per year).

• Departmental Merit: Awarded to students obtaining the highest marks in B.Tech 1st and 2nd year examinations (₹5,000 annual).

• Merit-cum-Need Scholarships:

• Over 220 annual scholarships ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 for students with strong academic records and demonstrated financial need.

• Hostel Warden’s Daughter: Benefit of 50% exemption from total expenditure.

• Government & External Scholarships:

• Pragati Scholarship (AICTE): Specifically for girl students in technical degrees, providing ₹50,000 per year.

• Post-Matric (SC/ST/OBC): Managed through the Social Justice and Welfare Department, Govt. of Rajasthan.

• Artech-Dalmia Scholarship: Specifically for students in technical programs, covering the total course fees for selected candidates.

• Special Category:

• Kargil Martyrs: Daughters of Kargil martyrs are exempted from the full fee.
