NEET Requirement

• NEET-UG qualification is mandatory for admission to the BDS program.

• Candidates must register for NEET through the official NTA portal and appear for the entrance exam.

• Admission is granted based on NEET scores through centralized counseling conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA).

BDS Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:

  • Must have passed 10 2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.

  • Minimum aggregate marks in PCB subjects:

    • General Category: 50%

    • SC/ST Category: 40%

• Age Requirement:

  • Must be at least 17 years old on or before December 31 of the admission year.

• Additional Requirement:

  • Candidates from boards other than Karnataka Pre-University must obtain an Eligibility Certificate from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) at the time of admission.

Admission Process

1. Qualify NEET-UG with the required percentile.

2. Register on the KE website for counseling.

3. Participate in document verification and seat allotment.

4. Pay the admission fee and report to the college.
