Educational Qualification

• Must have completed 10 2 (or equivalent) from a recognized board.

• Required subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.

• Minimum aggregate marks:

  • General category: 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology combined.

  • SC/ST/OBC categories: 45% in the same subjects.

Entrance Exam Requirement

• Must qualify the NEET-UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test), which is mandatory for admission to all dental colleges in India.

• Admission is based on NEET scores through centralized counseling conducted by:

  • Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) for state quota seats.

  • Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for All-India quota seats under deemed universities.

Age Criteria

• Candidate must be at least 17 years old as of December 31 of the admission year.

• There is currently no upper age limit for NEET-UG as per the latest guidelines.

Additional Requirements

• Must complete the counseling registration process and participate in seat allotment.

• Required documents at the time of admission include:

  • NEET Admit Card and Scorecard

  • Class 10 and 12 Mark Sheets

  • Transfer and Migration Certificates

  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)

  • Passport-size photographs

  • Valid ID proof.
