Admission
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for admission to the BDS program, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Age: Must be at least 17 years old as of December 31 of the admission year.

Academic Qualification: Must have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (10 2) examination from the Goa Board or CBSE with:

Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as compulsory subjects.

Minimum aggregate marks in PCB:
-
General category: 50%
-
SC/ST category: 40%

Domicile Requirement:

Candidates should be residents of Goa for at least 10 years.

For candidates whose parents are of Goan origin, a 5-year residency is acceptable, provided they have completed 11th and 12th grades in Goa.

Entrance Examination

Admission is based on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Candidates must qualify NEET-UG and meet the cutoff set by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Goa.
Application Procedure

NEET Registration and Qualification: Candidates must register for and qualify NEET-UG.

Application Form:

Obtain the form from the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Goa.

Payment can be made via POS, online link, or demand draft in favor of the Director of Technical Education, payable at Panaji.

10 2 mark sheet

Domicile certificate

Category certificate (if applicable)

Merit List: GDCH will release a merit list based on NEET scores and eligibility.

Counseling and Seat Allotment: Shortlisted candidates are invited for counseling.

Admission Confirmation: Final admission is granted upon document verification and fee payment.
Seat Intake

GDCH offers 50 seats annually for the BDS program.
