Eligibility
BDS Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the undergraduate BDS program, candidates must meet the following standards:

Educational Qualification

Must have completed 10 2 or equivalent from a recognized board.

Required subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.

Minimum marks:
-
General category: At least 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC): Relaxation may apply as per government norms.

Entrance Exam Requirement

Must qualify the NEET-UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Admission is based on NEET rank through centralized counseling by:

Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for All India Quota (15%)

ACPUGMEC (Gujarat State Counseling) for State Quota (85%)

Age Requirement

Must be at least 17 years old as of December 31 of the admission year.

MDS Eligibility Criteria
For postgraduate admission to the MDS program, candidates must fulfill the following:

Educational Qualification

Must hold a BDS degree from a recognized dental college or university approved by the Dental Council of India (DCI).

Completion of a one-year rotating internship is mandatory.

Entrance Exam Requirement

Must qualify the NEET-MDS conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE).

Admission is granted through counseling based on NEET-MDS scores, managed by MCC and ACPUGMEC depending on the quota.
