Eligibility
Eligibility Criteria for BDS Admission
To be considered for the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program, candidates must meet the following academic and entrance exam requirements:

Educational Qualification:

Must have passed the 10 2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects.

Minimum aggregate marks required in PCB:

General Category: 50%
-
SC/ST/OBC Categories: 40%

Age Requirement:

Candidates must be at least 17 years old as of December 31 of the admission year.

Entrance Exam Requirement:

Must qualify the NEET-UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Undergraduate) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Minimum qualifying percentile:

General Category: 50th percentile
-
SC/ST/OBC Categories: 40th percentile

PwD (General): 45th percentile

Admission Process

Seat Allocation:
-
85% State Quota: Admission through Kerala NEET UG Counseling conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala.

15% All India Quota (AIQ): Admission through centralized counseling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).

Steps to Apply:

Appear for and qualify NEET-UG.

Register for the appropriate counseling process (CEE Kerala or MCC).

Participate in choice filling and seat allotment.
-
Report to the college with required documents and pay the admission fee to confirm the seat.
