IIT Kanpur - Department of Manangement Science 

The Department of Management Sciences (DoMS) at IIT Kanpur offers a two-year, full-time, residential Master of Business Administration (MBA) program designed to create "Techno-Managers."

1. Program Structure

The curriculum is divided into four semesters and includes:

• Core Courses: Foundation courses in all major management disciplines.

• Elective Courses: Opportunities to specialize in functional and sectoral areas.

• Summer Project: A compulsory project undertaken during the summer break after the second semester.

• Capstone Project: A significant, two-semester project involving independent research or real-world problem-solving.
