Invitation Letter After your admission is confirmed and the initial tuition fees are paid, TSMU will issue a notarized Invitation Letter. This document is essential for initiating your visa application.

Visa Application Submission You’ll need to apply for the D3 visa through the Georgian Embassy or Consulate in your home country. In some cases, this process may be facilitated by a visa application center such as VFS Global.

Processing Timeline: Visa processing typically takes up to 30 calendar days, so it’s advisable to apply well ahead of your intended travel date.
Step 2: Registering for a Temporary Residence Card (TRC)
Once you arrive in Georgia with your D3 visa, you must apply for a Temporary Residence Card (TRC) to legalize your long-term stay and continue your studies.
