The KSD block is spread over 205,000 sq. ft. area. Karnavati School of Dentistry (KSD), established in 2005 under the Karnavati Educational and Medical Trust, is a leading private dental institution located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Affiliated with Gujarat University and approved by the Dental Council of India (DCI), KSD is part of Karnavati University, a multidisciplinary campus known for its innovation-driven education and global outlook.

The BDS program spans five years (four academic years plus one year of compulsory internship), while the MDS program is a three-year specialization course. MDS specializations include Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthodontics, Prosthodontics, Periodontology, Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics, Oral Medicine & Radiology, Oral Pathology & Microbiology, and Pediatric Dentistry. Admission to both BDS and MDS programs is based on national-level entrance exams, NEET-UG for undergraduate and NEET-MDS for postgraduate courses. Counseling and seat allotment are conducted through the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for deemed universities.
