Eligibility
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
To be eligible for the BDS program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Academic Qualification

Completion of 10 2 or equivalent from a recognized board

Must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English

Minimum aggregate marks:
-
General category: 50%
-
Reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC): 40%

Age Requirement

Must be at least 17 years old as of December 31 of the admission year

Entrance Exam
-
Must qualify the NEET-UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA)

Admission is based on NEET-UG rank through centralized counseling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for deemed universities

Master of Dental Surgery (MDS)
Eligibility for the MDS program includes:

Academic Qualification

Must hold a BDS degree from a recognized institution approved by the Dental Council of India (DCI)

Completion of a one-year rotating internship is mandatory
-

Entrance Exam

Must qualify the NEET-MDS conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS)

Admission is based on NEET-MDS scores and managed through MCC counseling
-
Karnavati School of Dentistry does not offer direct admission; all candidates must qualify through national-level entrance exams and participate in the official counseling process.
