Here’s a simple breakdown of the admission process from start to finish:
-
Online Application:
Start by filling out the online application form on the university’s official website or through an authorized admission agent. -
Submit Documents:
Send scanned copies of your required documents, such as your 10th and 12th-grade mark sheets, passport copy, and NEET scorecard, for initial checking. -
Get Provisional Admission Letter:
If your documents are approved and you meet the eligibility criteria, the university will send you a provisional admission letter confirming your MBBS seat. -
Visa Invitation Letter:
After you confirm your admission and pay the necessary fees, the university will request an official Invitation Letter from the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs. You need this letter to apply for a student visa. -
Apply for Student Visa:
Take the Invitation Letter and other required documents to the Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country to apply for your student visa. -
Arrival and Final Registration:
When you arrive in Stavropol, visit the university’s international department. There, you’ll submit your original documents, complete your migration registration, and finish your official enrollment.
Important Tip:
The main intake for international students starts in September. It’s best to begin your application by August 15, 2025, so you have enough time for visa processing.
