BDS Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program at K.V.G. Dental College, candidates must meet the following conditions:

Educational Qualification: Completion of 10 2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects.

Minimum Marks Requirement:

General Category: Minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

SC/ST/OBC Categories: Minimum 40% aggregate in the same subjects.

Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 17 years old on or before December 31 of the admission year.

NEET-UG Score: A valid and qualifying score in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) is mandatory.
Admission Process

Entrance Exam: Candidates must appear for and qualify in NEET-UG.

Counseling Registration: After NEET results are announced, candidates must register for Karnataka NEET Counseling through the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA).

Choice Filling and Seat Allotment: During counseling, candidates select preferred colleges and courses. Seat allotment is based on NEET rank, category, and availability.

Annual Intake: K.V.G. Dental College admits 100 students annually for the BDS program.

Document Verification and Admission Confirmation: Candidates allotted a seat must report to the college for verification of original documents and complete the admission formalities, including fee payment.
