Eligibility Criteria: For B.Tech, candidates must have passed 10 2 with Physics and Mathematics (minimum 45% aggregate; 40% for reserved categories). For M.Tech, a relevant B.E./B.Tech degree with at least 50% marks and a valid GATE score is required.

Admission Process: Selection is primarily through UPTAC counseling based on JEE Main ranks. The institute also conducts direct admissions for vacant seats based on merit in the qualifying exam and a personal interview.

Scholarship Details: MPEC facilitates the Uttar Pradesh State Scholarship (Dashmesh), providing approximately ₹52,000 for General/OBC and up to ₹92,000 for SC/ST students. Merit-based relief is offered to high JEE Main scorers, and the university provides scholarships of ₹50k–₹60k based on family income.
