Eligibility:

Candidates must have passed the Class 10th (SSC) examination in the first attempt. The age limit is typically 18 years for General candidates and 21 years for SC/ST.

Reservation:

85% of seats are reserved for local candidates from Andhra Pradesh, with 15% open to students from both AP and Telangana.

Registration & Fees:

At the time of admission, students pay ₹4,200 (₹3,700 for SC/ST), which includes admission fees and a refundable caution deposit.

Qualifying Examination

Integrated B.Tech Admission: Conducted through a merit list based on SSC (10th) marks/GPA. A "deprivation score" (additional 4% of marks) is added for students who studied in government schools to promote rural talent.
Admission Process

Notification: Usually released in April/May.

Online Application: Candidates apply via the official portal and pay the fee at AP Online centers.

Merit List: The university publishes a list based on GPA. In case of ties, higher grades in Mathematics, then Science, and then English are considered.

Counseling: Certificate verification is conducted at the campus for the selected candidates.

Seat Reservation: 85% of seats are reserved for local AP candidates; 15% are open to both AP and Telangana students.
