Dr. Ambedkar Institute Of Management Studies And Research -[DAIMSR],

The institution was established in the year 1987, as the department of Management of Dr. Ambedkar College, Nagpur, which was separated into a standalone institution in the year 2002. In its 36 years of existence, the institute has grown from a humble beginning of 60 MBA seats to the present intake capacity of over 1000 seats offering B.B.A, B.Com. (Computer Application), M.C.M, M.B.A. and Ph.D. programmes. All its programmes are granted permanent affiliation to RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. The institute has its MBA programme approved by AICTE and recognised by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Government of Maharashtra. The institute is a permanent non-grant institution which is fully self-financed. The institute is included in list of colleges under Section 2(f), and Section 12(B) of UGC.
